ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը և «ՍԻՄՈՆՅԱՆ» կրթական հիմնադրամը համագործակցության հուշագիր են ստորագրել պատմամշակութային ժառանգության արժեքների վերականգնման և պահպանման վերաբերյալ:

Հուշագիրը ստորագրել են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Ալֆրեդ Քոչարյանը և «ՍԻՄՈՆՅԱՆ» կրթական հիմնադրամի գլխավոր տնօրեն Մարի Լու Փափազյանը:

Կարևորելով պատմամշակութային ժառանգության արժեքն ու հետագա սերունդներին փոխանցելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ կողմերը կմիավորեն իրենց հնարավորությունները և համատեղ աշխատանքներ կիրականացնեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատմության և մշակույթի հուշարձանների վավերագրման և ուսումնասիրության ուղղությամբ:

Համագործակցության շրջանակում ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը «ՍԻՄՈՆՅԱՆ» կրթական հիմնադրամին կթույլատրի և կաջակցի անխոչընդոտ իրականացնելու պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանների ուսումնասիրությունը, նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների՝ եռաչափ սկանավորման միջոցով դրանց վավերագրմանն ու արդյունքների ամրագրմանը: Աշխատանքների կատարման ընթացքում հիմնադրամին կցուցաբերվի նաև մասնագիտական ու գիտագործնական աջակցություն:

Հիմնադրամը հուշարձանների ուսումնասիրությունը և եռաչափ սկանավորման միջոցով դրանց վավերագրման ու արդյունքների ամրագրման աշխատանքներն իրականցնելու է սեփական միջոցներով: Նրանք պարտավորվում են նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությանը տրամադրել ուսումնասիրության ստույգ մշակված արդյունքները, որոնք կարող են օգտագործվել պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանները վավերագրելու, ուսումնասիրելու, վկայագրեր, ամրակայման և վերականգնման գիտանախագծային փաստաթղթեր կազմելու և այլ գիտահետազոտական նպատակներով:

ՀՀ որոշ սահմանային շրջաններում ավարտվել են տվյալների հավաքագրման և հուշարձանների վավերագրման աշխատանքները: Հիմնադրամը կարևորում է աշխատանքների իրականացումը սկսել հենց սահմանապահ շրջաններից 5-ական կիլոմետրով խորանալ դեպի կենտրոնական հատվածներ:

Համագործակցությունը նախատեսվում է առաջիկա 5 տարվա համար:
