Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հերթական անգամ հետաձգվեց Նորք- Մարաշի զինված խմբավորման գործով Արմեն Բեկթաշյանի նախագահությամբ  դատավարությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս անգամ դատական նիստը հետաձգվել է պաշտպաններից մեկի` Հերմինե Միքայելյանի բացակայության պատճառով: Հաջորդ դատական նիստը նշանակվլ է մարտի 10-ին:

Այս գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մի քանի տասնյակ մարդու, ովքեր մեղադրվում են հանցավոր համագործակցություն ստեղծելու և ղեկավարելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 223-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մաս), հանցավոր համագործակցությանը մասնակցելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 223-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մաս) և կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու և կրելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մաս) համար:
