Իսպանիայի թագավորի քույրը՝ ինֆանտա Կրիստինան, անմեղ Է ճանաչվել մեքենայությունների գործով ֆինանսական խարդախության մեջ, նրա ամուսինը՝ Ինյակի Ուրդանգարինը ազատազրկման Է դատապարտվել Է 6 տարի եւ երեք ամիս ժամկետով: Համապատասխան որոշումը հրապարակել Է Պալմա դե Մայորկա քաղաքի դատարանը:
«Դատարանն արդարացերեց Կրիստինա դե Բուրբոնին այն հանցագործոթյուններում, որոնցում նրան մեղադրել Էին»,- ասված Է դատարանի հայտարարության մեջ: Ընդսմին ինֆանտան պետք Է տուգանք վճարի 265 հազար եվրոյի չափով, քանի որ ֆինանսական օգուտներ Է ստացել իր ամուսնու կողմից կատարված հանցագործություններից:
Իր հերթին, Ուրդանգարինը մեղավոր Է ճանաչվել ծառայողական լիազորությունների չարաշահման, խարդախության, կապերի օգտագործման, պետական գանձարանի դեմ հանցագործություններ կատարելու մեջ: Նա դատապարտվել Է 6 տարի եւ 3 ամսվա բանտային կալանքի, 7 տարի եւ 1 ամսվա մասնակի որակազրկման եւ պետք Է տուգանք վճարի 512 հազար եվրոյի չափով, նշվում Է դատարանի որոշման մեջ: Դատավճռիռը կարող Է բողոքարկվել, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
