1. Ասպիրինի հաբերը փոշի դարձրու, խառնիր մեղրին:
2. Խառնուրդը թող 10 օրով սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի պայմաննրում: Պարբերաբար խառնիր:
3. Պատրաստի քսուքը քսիր ծնկներիդ, դրանք պոլիէթիլենով փաթաթիր, հետո բրդե կտորով: Կոմպրեսն ամրացրու:
Պրոցեդուրան ավելի լավ է երեկոյան անել և կոմպրեսը թողնել ողջ գիշեր:
