2. Երբ խմորը պատրաստ լինի, անցկացնել մսաղացով և տեղավորել տապակի վրա՝ նախապես պատած թխելու համար նախատեսված թղթով:

3. Թխել մինչև ոսկեգույն դառնալը՝ նախապես 200 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում:

4. Մինչև թխվելը կարելի է պատրաստել կրեմը. մնացած կարագը (100 գ) հարել 1 բանկա խտացրած կաթի հետ:

5. Խմորը պատրաստ լինելուց հետո անհրաժեշտ է այն լցնել մեծ ափսեի մեջ և ձեռքով լավ մանրացնել: Լցնել կրեմը և ձեռքերով նորից լավ խառնել:

6. Տորթի համար պատրաստել ափսեն: Տորթը հավաքել ձեռքերով՝ լավ սեղմելով և մրջնի բույնի տեսք տալով:
