Նորընտիր Ազգային ժողովի առաջին նիստը կկայանա 2017թ. մայիսի 18-ին: Սահմանադրական դատարանում 2017թ. ապրիլի 2-ին Հայաստանում կայացած Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկելու վերաբերյալ Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի դիմումի վերաբերյալ որոշման հրապարակումից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ ՏիգրաÕ ¶ Մուկուչյանը:
«Մենք այս մասին լրացուցիչ կտեղեկացնենք: Միաժամանակ, մենք կիրազեկենք սահմանված ժամկետ, որպեսզի խորհրդարան անցած կուսակցությունների այն ներկայացուցիչները, ովքեր ցանկանում են պատգամավորական մանդատներից հրաժարվելու դիմումներ ներկայացնել, կարողանան սահմանված կարգով ներկայացնել այդ դիմումները: Դրանից հետո մենք կկազմենք արձանագրություն այն քաղաքացիների, ովքեր ստանում են պատգամավորի մանդատներ: Այնուհետև Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը կհրապարակի Ազգային ժողովի առաջին նիստի օրը»,- «Արմենպրես »-ի հաղորդմամբ` մանրամասնեց Մուկուչյանը:
Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նաև հայտնեց, որ մինչ այս պահը Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը որևէ մեկից պատգամավորի մանդատից հրաժարվելու վերաբերյալ դիմում չի ստացել: ՀՀ ԿԸՀ նախագահն այն կարծիքին է, որ դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ բոլորը սպասել են ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի դիմումի վերաբերյալ Սահմանադրական դատարանի վերջնական որոշմանը:
Ելնելով գործի քննության արդյունքներից Սահմանադրական դատարանը որոշել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի 2017թ. ապրիլի 9-ի ընտրությունների արդյունքներն ամփոփելու մասին որոշումը թողնել ուժի մեջ: ՍԴ որոշումը վերջնական է և ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապարակման պահից:
