4-րդ օր: Մթերքների հավաքածու. ծիրանի չիր (100գ), անյուղ կաթնաշոռ (150գ), 2 տանձ, խաշած տավարի փափկամիս (200գ), թարմ կաղամբ (200գ), 5 վարունգ:
5-րդ օր: Մթերքների հավաքածու. Ծովային կաղամբ (100գ), հում գազար (4 հատ), խնձոր (2 հատ), 1 չափաբաժին հնդկաձավարի շիլա (100գ), 2 բաժակ սև թեյ, 1 բաժակ կաթ, խաշած ձուկ (200գ):
6-րդ օր: Մթերքների հավաքածու. Հատապտուղ, կարելի է՝ սառեցրած (200գ), 1 չափաբաժին կորեկաձավարի շիլա (100գ), շոգեխաշած բրոկոլի (200գ), խաշած տավարի միս (150գ), 2 նարինջ:
7-րդ օր: Մթերքների հավաքածու. Անյուղ երկու յոգուրտ, 1 չափաբաժին վարսակի շիլա (100գ), չամիչ (100գ), հավի արգանակ (300մլ), խաշած տավարի փափկամիս (200գ), 2 տանձ, 2 խնձոր, խաշած բազուկ (100գ):
