Պատրաստման եղանակը
1․ Խառնեք 1 ճաշի գդալ սոդան ½ թեյի գդալ աղի հետ: Թրջիր ատամի խոզանակը ջրի մեջ ու մաքրիր ատամներդ ստացված խառնուրդով 30 վայրկյան:
2․ Ապա 100 գրամ ջրին ավելացրեք 100 գր ջրածնի պերօքսիդ: Ողողեք ստացված խառնուրդով բերանի խոռոչը:
3․ Օգտագործեք ատամնաթել՝ մաքրելու ատամների մակերեսը փառից:
4․ Ողողեք բերանի խոռոչը ողողման հեղուկով։ Լավ կլինի, որ այն սպիրտ չպարունակի:
