Ամեն շաբաթ ամփոփվում են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերի ու էլեկտրոնային հասցեների միջոցով մեր համաքաղաքացիներից ստացված նամակները:
Ըստ այդմ, մարտի 5-11-ը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերում և էլեկտրոնային հասցեներով ստացվել է 54 նամակ, որոնցից 51-ին տրվել է համապատասխան լուծում, 3-ը, շաբաթվա սկզբի տվյալներով, ընթացքի մեջ էր: Հարցերը հիմնականում վերաբերել են կոմունալ, մշակույթի և բարեկարգման ոլորտներին:
Մարտի 5-11-ը «Մաքուր Երևան» ծրագրի շրջանակում արձանագրվել է 56 հասցե: Եվս 7 հասցե է արձանագրվել բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտուր իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը շարունակելու է էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով ստացված դիմումներով նույնպես լուծում տալ մեր համաքաղաքացիների կողմից բարձրացված հարցերին՝ նպաստելով խնդիրների արագ լուծմանը:
