Մանրամասներ` Գյումրիում գտնվող զորամասի մոտ տեղի ունեցած պայթյունից, հարուցվել է քրգործ (լուսանկարներ)
PHOTOՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ Գյումրի քաղաքում գտնվող N զորամասին հարող տարածքում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Հիշյալ դեպքի վերաբերյալ 2021թ. նոյեմբերի 16-ին՝ ժամը 14:02-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կումայրի բաժին ահազանգել է զորամասի հերթապահը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ նշված զորամասին հարող տարածքում պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել: Ըստ նույն օրը «Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ից ստացված հաղորդման՝ Գյումրի քաղաքում գտնվող զորամասի պարսպի հարակից հատվածից «Կրծքավանդակի ծակված, արյունահոսող շնչող վերք, տրավմատիկ հեմոռագիկ շոկ» նախնական ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 18-ամյա երիտասարդ:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, առգրավվել են վերոնշյալ երիտասարդի հագուստները, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատապայթյունատեխնիկական փորձաքննություններ: Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների ձեռնարկման արդյունքում կատարված դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով՝ համապատասխան հանձնարարություն է տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:
