ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որ «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնում ստացիոնար բուժում ստանալուց հետո այսօր առավոտյան ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը տեղափոխվել է «Երևան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։

Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ է, որ չնայած փաստաբանական թիմի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, թե տեղափոխվել է ՔԿՀ «ստացիոնար բուժում ստանալուց հետո», սակայն պարզվում է, որ ոչ թե բուժում ստանալուց հետո, այլ՝ բուժման ընթացքում։

Նույն հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ «բժիշկները նրա առողջական վիճակում դինամիկա են արձանագրել, սակայն փաստել են, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը այս պահին բժշկի մշտական վերահսկողության և հետագա բուժման կարիք ունի»:

Հասկանալի է, որ բժշկի մշտական հսկողություն հնարավոր է միայն հիվանդանոցում, քանի որ ՔԿՀ-ում դա անհնար է։ Սա հայտնագործություն չէ, և սա հասկանալու համար պետք չէ բժիշկ լինել:

Եվ ուրեմն ինչո՞ւ է երկրորդ նախագահը տեղափոխվել ՔԿՀ, եթե դա վտանգավոր է առնվազն իր համար։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ՔԿՀ տեղափոխելու մի քանի փորձ է արվել, սակայն ամեն անգամ բժիշկները հերթական զննությունը անցկացնելուց հետո ասել են, որ դեռ պետք է մնա հսկողության տակ, քանի որ դրա կարիքը և անհրաժեշտությունը կա։

Մեր աղբյուրները նշում են, թե վերջին անգամ, երբ  ՔԿՀ ուղեկցողները գնացել են տեղափոխելու, բժիշկներն ասել են, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, անհրաժեշտություն կա Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին հիվանդանոցում՝ իրենց հսկողության տակ ստացիոնար պահելու, քանի որ նա դեռևս չի կազդուրվել։ Ուղեկցողները բժշկին լսելուց հետո դիմել են երկրորդ նախագահին, թե՝ «ո՞նց եք Ձեզ զգում», պատասխանել  է՝ լավ։ Հարցրել են՝ «կգա՞ք, գնանք»։ Քոչարյանն էլ պատասխանել է, թե՝ «գնացինք»։

Ու վերջ։ Գնացել են։

Ի դեպ, Քոչարյանին ճանաչողներն ասում են, որ նա սովորություն չունի իր առողջական խնդիրների մասին խոսելու, առավել ևս՝ բողոքելու։ Եվ այստեղ հետաքրիքիր վիճակ է ստեղծվում: Իհարկե, ստացվում է, որ բժիշկները վիճակը լիարժեք ներկայացրել են, արել են, ինչ պարտավոր էին։ Սակայն մյուս կողմից՝ ի՞նչ կարող էր անել ՔԿՀ աշխատակիցը, եթե կալանքի տակ գտնվողը գանգատներ չունի ու պատրաստ է տեղափոխվել։

Ի դեպ, ավելորդ չէ նշել, որ փաստաբանական թիմն անհանգստություն էր հայտնել նաև մեկ այլ խնդրի կապակցությամբ: «Արդեն իսկ հայտնի է, որ ՔԿ համակարգում առկա են կորոնավիրուսային վարակի հաստատված դեպքեր, իսկ թեստեր բավարար չափով չեն հանձնվում։ Հաշվի առնելով այդ՝ պաշտպանները գտնում են, որ նման պայմաններում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի առողջական վիճակը թույլ չի տալիս, որ նա պահվի ՔԿՀ-ում, որտեղի աշխատակիցները դեռ չեն հանձնել կորոնավիրուսի թեստը»:
