«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ինչպես արդեն առիթ ունեցել ենք նշել, երբ Հանրային ծառայությունների կարգավորման հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ 2022 թ. ապրիլի 1-ից գազի սակագինը բարձրացավ մի շարք սպառող խմբերի, այդ թվում՝ բնակիչների համար՝ դառնալով 143,7 դրամ՝ 1 խմ-ի համար, օրվա իշխանությունները, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, որևէ քայլ չարեցին կամ պարզապես ունակ չեղան բանակցելու և դա թույլ չտալու համար: Դրանից հետո հատկապես փոխարժեքային տատանումները թույլ էին տալիս վերանայել սակագները, բայց իշխանությունները այդ մասին ևս բացարձակ չեն մտածում:
Մենք նաև տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով է դիմել «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը՝ փաստացի նախաձեռնելով բնակիչների համար գազի սակագնի փոփոխության գործընթաց՝ այն առնվազն 16 դրամով նվազեցնելու նպատակով՝ ներկայացնելով համապատասխան հիմնավորումները: Թանդիլյանը նաև հույս էր հայտնել, որ «պատկան մարմինները հերթական անգամ անգործություն չեն ցուցաբերի՝ հանրության համար կարևոր հարցի վերաբերյալ»։
«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը գազի սակագնի մասին խոսելիս նախ ընդգծեց, որ գործ ունենք ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ նաև քաղաքական խնդրի հետ. «Այս իշխանությունները, գիտակացաբար թե անգիտակցորեն, բայց ի սկզբանե ստում էին՝ ասելով, թե սակագինն ավելի կառավարելի պետք է լինի։ Իրականում գազի սակագնի հարցը ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ առաջին հերթին քաղաքական դաշտում է լուծվում. այն հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում միշտ քաղաքական բաղադրիչով է որոշվել։ Կան որոշակի իրավիճակներ, երբ Հայաստանը կարող է սակագնի վերանայում պահանջել, իսկ ՌԴ-ն՝ նայել ոչ թե բարեկամությանը, այլ գտնել իր շահն այլ վայրերում, ինչ-որ այլ միջավայրում, և այդ ամենը հաշվի առնելով միայն համաձայնության գալ։
Հետևաբար՝ գազի գնի հարցը նախ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների դաշտում է։ ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին՝ այս պահի դրությամբ կարող են նվազեցնել սակագինը, թե ոչ, ապա դուք տեսնում եք, թե ինչպես է այս իշխանությունն ամեն օր վատթարացնում քաղաքական հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Տնտեսությունը տապալելով, երկու երկրների քաղաքական հարաբերությունները վատացնելով՝ ստեղծել է մի միջավայր, որ այլևս գազի սակագնի վերաբերյալ բանակցել չի կարող։ Իրենք կրում են դրա մեղավորությունն ու, այո, մեղավոր են այս սակագնի համար»։
