«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Արցախում նախագահական ընտրություններից և նոր իրավիճակի ձևավորումից հետո մի շարք դեմքեր, որոնք ժամանակին հանդես էին գալիս որպես «Արցախի համար պայքարի առաջամարտիկներ» կամ գոնե նման հայտ էին ներկայացնում, նահանջի ճանապարհ են բռնել։ Դրանցից է, օրինակ՝ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, որն Արայիկ Հարությունյանի նախագահության ժամանակ նախագահին կից Հակաճգնաժամային խորհրդի նախագահն էր. մասնավորաբար, Պետրոսյանը հրապարակային հայտարարել է, որ պահանջում է հումանիտար միջանցք՝ Արցախից դուրս գալու համար։
