Այն, ինչ կատարվում է Արցախում, գնահատվում է որպես հումանիտար ճգնաժամ կամ հումանիտար աղետ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, տպավորություն կա, որ ո՛չ Արցախի, ո՛չ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից որևէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկվում, ավելին՝ նրանց, կարծես, առանձնապես չի էլ մտահոգում ստեղծված վիճակը: Արցախի ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը «Փաստ» թերթի հետ զրույցում ասում է, թե արցախի իշխանավորներից շատերն այս ծանր շրջանում ՀՀ-ում են, ներկայացնում են, թե ինչ-որ աշխատանք են տանում, մինչդեռ անգամ չնչին աշխատանքը տեսանելի կլիներ այսօրվա իրավիճակում: «Արցախում այնպիսի ծանր վիճակ է, որ յուրաքանչյուր փոքր տեղաշարժ շատ մեծ տեսանելիություն կունենար: Մեծ հաշվով, ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ համատեղ որևէ գործողություն չի արվում, արձագանք կա միայն ՀՀ ընդդիմադիր դաշտից: Անընդհատ զանգում են, մի քանիսը եղել են Արցախում:

Առաջիկա օրերին ևս պատրաստվում են գալ Արցախ, պարզապես մեր կողքին լինել, որովհետև ՀՀ-ում, կարծես, ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ, ըստ էության, թույլ չեն տալիս, որ ընդդիմադիր թևն իր հնարավորություններն օգտագործի, և ինչ-որ դրական տեղաշարժ ունենանք: Ինչ վերաբերում է իշխանություններին, ապա, ընդհանուր առմամբ, իրականում չի կարող լինել այնպես, որ ի վնաս Արցախի, ՀՀ-ի ու հայության պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ անեն, բայց ներքին կարգով դրական աշխատանքներ տարվեն:

Իսկ լուռ ինչ-որ գործ անելու արդարացումները չստացված ստախոս լինելու տրամաբանության մեջ են: Իրենք, մեղմ ասած, խաբում են և խաբում են բոլորին»: Այսուհանդերձ, պատգամավորը հավաստում է, որ արցախցին իր հայրենիքում մնալու առումով ավելի ու ավելի հաստատակամ է: «Անկախ ամեն ինչից՝ արցախցին, առավել ևս հիմա, կպած է իր հողին ու չի պատրաստվում լքել հայրենիքը: Չենք պատրաստվում որևէ կերպ լքել Արցախը, փախչել Արցախից, մեր հայրենիքը զիջել թե՛ արտաքին, թե՛ ներքին թշնամուն»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը:
