«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է 

ԿԳՄՍ-ն առաջարկում է «Հայաստանի պարի պետական անսամբլ», «Հայաստանի պարարվեստի «Բարեկամություն» պետական համույթ» և «Հայաստանի պարարվեստի «Թ. Ալթունյանի անվան երգի-պարի պետական համույթ» ՊՈԱԿ-ները միաձուլել` ստեղծելով «Ժողովրդական երաժշտության և պարի ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ: Դրա կազմում կընդգրկվեն նաև «Հայաստանի պետական ֆիլհարմոնիա» ՊՈԱԿ-ի ներքո գտնվող ևս 3 ստեղծագործական խումբ` «Հայաստանի ազգային նվագարանների նվագախումբը», «Հայաստանի գուսանական և ժողովրդական երգի պետական համույթը» և «Մարո Մուրադյանի անվան «Ակունք» ազգագրական համույթը»:

Նշվում է, որ այս որոշումը կնպաստի կազմակերպությունների ստեղծագործական առաջընթացին, համերգային գործունեության բարելավմանը: Ըստ ԿԳՄՍ-ի, միաձուլման արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի մեկտեղել և կենտրոնացնել ինչպես մասնագիտական, այնպես էլ ֆինանսական ռեսուրսները: Ըստ այդմ, գերազանցապես վարչական կրկնվող հաստիքների կրճատման շնորհիվ, հնարավորություն կընձեռվի առավել հավասարակշռված քաղաքականություն վարել կազմակերպության եկամտային հատվածի մեծացման ու աշխատանքի դիմաց կատարվող վարձատրության մասով։ Կազմակերպություններում առկա կլինի ադմինիստրատիվ և տեխնիկական սպասարկում իրականացնող աշխատակազմ, որը կապահովի ստեղծագործական կազմակերպությունների համերգային գործունեությունը, կկարգավորի դրանց տոմսային տնտեսությունը, կզբաղվի կազմակերպությունների գովազդատեղեկատվական գործունեությամբ:

Ներկայում Հայաստանում գործող պետական կարգավիճակ ունեցող մշակութային այս վեց կազմակերպությունները չունեն իրենց հիմնական գործառույթներից բխող գործունեությունը (փորձեր և համերգներ) իրականացնելու մշտական հարթակներ և տեղակայված են այլ կառույցներին պատկանող տարածքներում։ Օրինակ՝ Պարի պետական անսամբլը գործում է Օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնում, «Բարեկամություն» համույթը՝ «Ա. Խաչատրյան համերգասրահի» նկուղային հարկում, Թ. Ալթունյանի անվ. երգի-պարի պետական համույթը՝ Հայաստանի երգչախմբային ընկերությունում:

Ուստի պետք է լուծվի նաև ՊՈԱԿ-ին օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով տարածք ամրացնելու խնդիրը: Ստեղծագործական կոլեկտիվների հետ քննարկվել է միաձուլմամբ վերակազմավորվելու անհրաժեշտությունն ու հնարավորությունը, վերջիններս համաձայնել են, որ այն չի հակասում կազմակերպությունների գործունեության ուղղվածությանը և վերակազմավորումը հնարավորություն կտա ծավալել միասնական գործունեություն:
