Քարոզչական միֆի վախճանը. Սյունիքում քաղցկեղի ամենաքիչ դեպքերն են գրանցվել

Հայաստանում ամեն 100 հազար բնակչի հաշվարկով քաղցկեղի դեպքերն ամենաքիչը գրանցվել են Սյունիքում։ Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի հրապարակած վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ Հայաստանում ամեն 54-րդ մարդ ունի քաղցկեղ։ 

Ընդհանուր դեպքերը մեկ տարում աճել են 7,5%-ով, իսկ կյանքում առաջին անգամ արձանագրված դեպքերը՝ 9%-ով։

Հիվանդացության աճի միտում կա ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև ամբողջ աշխարհում։

«Հետքի» փոխանցմամբ, քաղցկեղի դեպքերն ամենաշատը գրանցվում են Լոռու մարզում, ամենաքիչը՝ Սյունիքում։ 2021թ տարեվերջին Լոռիում գրանցվել է քաղցկեղի 4628 դեպք (ինչը 100 հազար բնակչի հաշվով կազմում է 2186.1), իսկ Սյունիքում գրանցվել է 1874 դեպք (100 հազար բնակչի հաշվով` 1391.2 դեպք)։ 

Քաղցկեղի տարածվածությամբ Լոռու մարզին հաջորդում է Երևանը, ապա՝ Շիրակը և Կոտայքը։
Այս թվերն, իհարկե, ցավալի են, արտացոլում են ամենածանր հիվանդությունների խմբի՝ Հայաստանում լայն տարածումը և առկա մարտահրավերները։ Սակայն միաժամանակ դրանք նաև վկայում են փլուզում են Հայաստանում վերջին տարիներին տարածված քարոզչական մի շարք միֆեր։

Տակավին շաբաթներ առաջ էլ մի քանի տասնյակ մարդիկ միջպետական ճանապարհ էին փակել Սյունիքում՝ հայտարարելով, թե մարզում գործող հանքերի պատճառով Սյունիքում առողջապահական խնդիրներ, օդի աղտոտման բարձր մակարդակ գոյություն ունի, որպես հետևանք՝ բնակիչների շրջանում քաղցկեղի մակարդակն ամենաբարձրերից է Հայաստանում։ 

Որ քաղցկեղի առումով խնդիրներ կան ողջ Հայաստանում, գաղտնիք չէ, սակայն  Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի տվյալները հերքում են տարածված քարոզչական և ապատեղեկատվական լուրերը, որոնք ավելի շուտ շահարկումներ են, քան իրականություն։ Փաստացի, Սյունիքում քաղցկեղածին իրավիճակը հանրապետական միջին ցուցանիշից ցածր է և ավելի բարվոք վիճակում է, քան Շիրակի, Կոտայքի մարզերում, մայրաքաղաք Երևանում։ 

Թերևս, Հայաստանի տնտեսության ողնաշարի՝ հանքարդյունաբերության դեմ ուղղորդվող շարժումները նոր, թարմ «մանիպուլյացիաներ» փնտրելու ճանապարհին են, որովհետև հներն այլևս ժամկետանց են և հերքված։ Իսկ գուցե սկսեն զբաղվել իրակա՞ն բնապահպանական խնդիրներով։
