Այսօր վերջնականապես հանձնվում են Բերձորը, Սուսը և Աղավնոն: Իսկ երեկ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը «պատմական» որոշում կայացրեց՝ 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը «տեղափոխելով» 2022 թ. սեպտեմբերի 1: Այսինքն, հունվարի 1-ի փոխարեն սեպտեմբերի 1-ից կբարձրացվեն կենսաթոշակներն ու նպաստները. աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի չափը հաշվարկելու համար հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափը՝ 3000 դրամով, նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի, ինչպես նաև ծերության, հաշմանդամության և կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափը՝ 1900 դրամով: Մինչ թոշակառուներն ու նպաստառուները շնորհակալություն էին հայտնում հայրենի իշխանավորներին, որ իրենց «բերանից» կտրում ու կենսաթոշակ են բարձրացնում, մինչ աներևակայելի ուրախություն էին ապրում այսպիսի ահռելի բարձրացումից՝ մտածելով, թե ինչ մեծ գումարներ են հետ գցելու դրա արդյունքում, սոցցանցերում բուռն քննարկումներ էին, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված ժամկետների այսպիսի «տեղափոխությունը» և որքանով է կապված Բերձորի, Սուսի և Աղավնոյի հանձնման թեման «ջրելու» հետ:
 
Իսկ եթե ավելի լուրջ, ապա տնտեսագետներից շատերը սա համարում են ծաղր: Մասնավորաբար, ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թադևոս Ավետիսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց որոշման ժամանակավրեպ լինելու, ինչպես նաև նախատեսվող բարձրացումների անհամարժեքության մասին:
 
«Այս փոփոխությունը խնդիր չի լուծելու: Այստեղ փաստացի ոչ թե մարդկանց խնդիրն է լուծվում, այլ կրկին պարզապես պոպուլիզմի միջոցով արդարանալու հիմքեր են ստեղծվում: Իրականում իշխանության գալու առաջին իսկ օրվանից առաջնորդվում են բացառապես իրենց նեղ քաղաքական շահով՝ իրենց աթոռները, իշխանությունը պահպանելու բացառիկ շահով: Իրենց համար ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ ևս մեկ պոպուլիստական հիմնավորման անհրաժեշտություն է լինելու: Իրական խնդիրը չեն լուծում, բայց արդարանալու հիմք են ստեղծում, որ կարողանան տարբեր փաթեթավորումներով ժողովրդին կերակրել ու ասել՝ տեսեք՝ բարձրացնում ենք կենսաթոշակները, նպաստները, մտածում ենք ժողովրդի մասին: Մինչդեռ փաստն այն է, որ հատկապես սոցիալական խոցելի խմբերի մասով լուծումներ գրեթե չկա, խնդիրները միայն խորանում են, ինչը պայմանավորված չէ միայն գնաճով: Իրականում սոցիալական քաղաքականությունը ու խոստացված բարեփոխումները զրոյական արդյունքներ ունեն»,-ասաց Թ. Ավետիսյանը:
