Preferential mortgage from Unibank - refinancing on favorable terms

Unibank has launched a new loan product "Preferential mortgage", which allows refinancing the credit. "Preferential mortgage" is aimed at improving credit conditions and reducing the debt burden.

 

It is possible to refinance the mortgage both in Armenian drams and US dollars. The interest rate on "Preferential Mortgage" is 13.75% per annum in AMD and 8.75% in USD. 

 

In Unibank, one can get a loan from 5 to 100 million drams for a period of up to 120 months, or from 10,000 to 200,000 dollars for a period of up to 240 months.
