- 2 ճաշի գդալ տաք ջուր
- 1 դեղնուց
- 2 թեյի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղ
- 2 թեյի գդալ շաքարավազ (որքան շատ է շաքարավազը, այնքան ուժեղ է ազդում մանանեխը)
Պատրաստման եղանակը
Մանանեխի փոշին խառնեք ջրի հետ, ավելացրեք մյուս բաղադրիչներն ու լավ խառնեք:
Քսեք գլխամաշկին` խուսափելով մազարմատներին շատ դիպչելուց:
Փաթաթեք գլուխը ցելոֆանով, վրայից հագեք տաք գլխարկ կամ փաթաթեք սրբիչով:
Պահեք դիմակը 15 րոպեից մինչև մի ժամ` կախված նրանից, թե որքան շատ է այրում մանանեխը:
Դրանից հետո լվացեք մազերը տաք ջրով, ապա շամպունով:

Բոլոր բաղադրիչները լավ խառնել և քսել մազարմատներին:
Որպեսզի դիմակը լավ ազդի, դիմակը քսելուց հետո խորհուրդ է տրվում գլուխը փաթաթել տաք ցելոֆանով և սրբիչով:
Պահեք դիմակը մեկ ժամից ոչ պակաս:
Դրանից հետո լվացեք գլուխը:
