Արմինե Վարդևանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նոր կառավարությունը անընդհատ խոսում է ներդրումային բարենպաստ միջավայր ստեղծելու մասին, և այնպիսի տոնով են խոսում այս հարցի մասին, կարծես դա մեկ-երկու տարվա ընթացքում լուծվող հարց է։ Ներդրումային դաշտի զարգացման համար պետությունները տարիներով աշխատում են իրենց հեղինակության վրա, որպեսզի գրավեն և վստահություն ներշնչեն ներդրողներին։ Հիմա մեր պաշտոնյաները, որոնք իրենց դեմքերին խելացի արտահայտություն են հաղորդում, մի՞թե չգիտեն, որ կոռումպացիայի այսպիսի ցուցանիշներով երկրում միայն հիմարը ներդրում կանի, իսկ եթե մեր պաշտոնյաներին թվում է, թե Արևմուքտում կամ արաբական երկրներում մարդիկ այնքան հիմար են, որ այստեղ ներդրում անեն, ապա իրենք են ավելի շատ հիմարի տպավորություն թողնում։ Միայն չասեք, որ ժամանակին արված ներդրումները ձեր գրպանը դնելուց, ներդրողներին թալանելուց ու նրանց «քցելուց» հետո մտածում եք, թե մարդիկ կգնան այդ քայլին։
Հայաստանը կոռումպացված և թալանչի պաշտոնյաների պատճառով անդառնալիորեն կորցրել է մոտ ապագայում լուրջ ներդրումներ հայթայթելու հնարավորությունը։ Եվ վարչապետից սկսած մինչև ամենաստորին չինովնիկը, ով կխոսի ներդրումներից, կա՛մ հիմար է, կա՛մ հիմարի տեղ է փորձում դնել ներդրողներին։
