ՀԱՊԿ-ում փորձում է արվում համադրել անհամադրելին
Երբ ՀԱՊԿ-ը, որը ռազմական կառույց է, անվտանգություն ապահովող կառույց է, սակայն իր՝ ԼՂ հակամարտության վերաբերյալ ընդունած հայտարարության մեջ ոչ մի ձևակերպում չի տալիս ՀԱՊԿ անդամ հանդիսացող Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման մասին, փոխարենը խոսելով Մինսկի խմբին աջակցելու մասին, նշանակում է, այդ կառույցը շեղվում է իր բուն էությունից ու նշանակությունից:
Սա վկայում է այդ կառույցի ոչ կայացած լինելու, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների աշխարհաքաղաքական ու ռազմական տարաբևեռ շահերի և միանգամայն այլ առաջնահերթությունների առկայության մասին: Այսինքն՝ այս կառույցը ոչ թե ստեղծվել է միևնույն շահերի համադրման արդյունքում, այլ ստեղծվել է, որպեսզի փորձի արհեստականորեն միավորել տարբեր շահեր, ինչը քաղաքական տրամաբանությանը հակառակ գործընթաց է:
Իսկ իր ֆունկցիաները կատարելու հնարավորություն չունեցող ու ֆիկտիվ բնույթ ստացած կառույցներն աստիճանաբար գնում են քայքայման, միևնույն ժամանակ բեռ դառնալով իրենց անդամների ուսերին:
Կարծում եմ դա պետք է մտահոգի նաև ՀԱՊԿ անդամ մյուս երկրներին ու առաջին հերթին Ռուսաստանին՝ որպես այդ կառույցում առաջատար պետության:
