ԵԱՏՀ-ի խորհուրդը մի շարք կարեւոր նորմատիվային ակտեր Է ընդունել տեխնիկական կարգավորման ոլորտում

Մոսկվայում հոկտեմբերի 18-ին տեղի Է ունեցել Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որին մասնակցել են Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետ, միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրացման եւ բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը, ՌԴ կառավարության առաջին փոխնախագահ Իգոր Շումալովը, ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը եւ ուրիշներ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, խորհուրդը քննարկել Է մի շարք հարցեր, որոնք վերաբերում են ինտեգրացմանն ու մակրոտնտեսությանը, առեւտրին, Էկոնոմիկային եւ ֆինանսական քաղաքականությանը, արդյունաբերությանը եւ ագրոարդյունաբերական համալիրին, տեխնիկական կարգավորմանը, Էներգետիկային ու ենթակառուցվածքին, մաքսային համագործակցությանը:
Խորհրդի անդամները մի շարք կարեւոր նորմատիվային ակտեր են ընդունել տեխնիկական կարգավորման ոլորտում, այդ թվում՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երեք նոր տեխնիկական ռեգլամենտ՝ «Ձկների եւ ձկնամթերքի անվտանգության մասին», «Ատրակցիոնների անվտանգության մասին» եւ «Էլեկտրոնիկայի եւ ռադիոԷլեկտրոնիկայի արտադրանքում վտանգավոր նյութերի կիրառման սահմանափակման մասին»: Փաստաթղթերը նպատակամղված են նախեւառաջ Միության երկրների բնակչության կյանքի ու առողջության պաշտպանությանը:
Խորհուրդը սահմանել Է դրանց ուժի մեջ մտնելու ժամկետները: Ձկնամթերքին վերաբերող տեխռեգլամետն ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին, ատրակցիոնների տեխռեգլամենը՝ 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ին, իսկ վտանգավոր նյութերի սահմանափակմանը վերաբերող տեխռեգլամենտը՝ 2018 թվականի մարտի 1-ին:
ԵԱՏՀ-ի խորհրդի անդամները նաեւ հաստատել են 11 գերակա եվրասիական տեխնոլոգիական փաստաթղթերը ութ ուղղություններով՝ տիեզերք, բժշկություն, տեղեկատվական-հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաներ, ֆոտոնիկա, բնական ռեսուրսների արդյունահանում, բնապահպանություն, գյուղատնտեսություն եւ արդյունաբերական տեխնոլոգիաներ: Այդ փաստաթղթերը կոչված են համակարգված աշխատանք ապահովել գիտատեխնիկական առաջընթացի առաջավոր ազգային ու համաշխարհային ձեռքբերումների յուրացման եւ Միության երկրների գիտական ներուժի համախմբման ուղղությամբ:
Բացի այդ, ԵԱՏՀ-ի խորհուրդը հանձնարարել Է անդամ պետություններին եւ Հանձնաժողովին՝ ակտիվացնել եվրասիական տեխպլատֆորմների ձեւավորումը տեխնոլոգիական վեց այլ ուղղություններով, ներառյալ Էլեկտրոնիկան եւ մեքենաշինության տեխնոլոգիաները, մետաղագործությունն ու նոր նյութերը, քիմիան եւ նավթաքիմիան, Էներգետիկան, տրանսպորտը, միջուկային ու ռադիացիոն տեխնոլոգիաները:
