Թոբի Մագուայերը և Ջենիֆֆեր Մեյերը բաժանվել են:
Զույգը սկսել էր հանդիպել 2003 թվականից և ամուսնացել էր 2007 թվականին: Նրանք երկու երեխա ունեն՝ 9-ամյա դուստր Ռուբին և 7-ամյա որդի Օթիսը:
Երեքշաբթի օրը People-ը տեղեկացրեց, որ երկար մտածելուց հետո Թոբին և Ջենիֆերը որոշել են առանձին ապրել: Որպես ծնողներ՝ նրանց համար առաջնայինը երեխաներն են և նրանք շարունակելու են նրանց դաստիարակել սիրով, հարգանքով և մեծ նվիրվածությամբ: Քանի որ Թոբին դժվար մանկություն է ունեցել, նա միշտ ցանկացել է հանգիստ և խաղաղ ամուսնական կյանք ունենալ և լավ մանկություն ապահովել իր երեխաների համար:
Զույգին վերջին անգամ միասին տեսել են կիրակի օրը: Նրանք քայլում էին երեխաների հետ և բավականին լուրջ տեսք ունեին:
Թոբին հայտնի է 2003 թվականին նկարահանված «Սարդ-մարդը» ֆիլմով, որտեղ նա մարմնավորում էր հենց Սարդ-մարդին: Այդ ֆիլմը համարվել էր 2003 թվականի ամենահայտնի ֆիլմը՝ 400 մլն դոլար եկամտով:
