Դերասան Տիգրան Մակարյանը, ով հեռուստադիտողին առավել ճանաչելի դարձավ տարիներ առաջ Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստաընկերությամբ հեռարձակվող «Հրեշտակների դպրոցը» սերիալից, տևական ժամանակ է՝ էկրաններին չի երևում: Aysor.am-ը կապ հաստատեց վերջինիս հետ՝ հետաքրքրվելով, թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված էկրանային լռությունը: «Բոլոր հրավերները հեռուստասերիալներից են, իսկ ես նրանցում հանդես գալու ցանկություն բացարձակ չունեմ: Ինչպես դուք նշեցիք՝ այո, հեռուստադիտողն ինձ ավելի շատ ճանաչեց սերիալից, բայց ես էլ դրանով ճանաչեցի սերիալը: Մեկ անգամ փորձեցի ու ինձ դուր չեկավ. սերիալային ասպարեզն իմը չի: Սերիալում հաստատ չեմ նկարահանվի, հաղորդում էլ չեմ վարի, քանի որ մասնագիտությամբ դերասան եմ և ոչ թե հաղորդավար: Դրանք շատ տարբեր աշխարհներ են: Թե ինչ վիճակում է այսօր թատրոնը՝ դա էլ բոլորս գիտենք: Այնպես որ բնական է, որ մասնագիտական զբաղվածություն չունեմ»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը: 

Սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ երիտասարդ դերասանը հրաժարվում է մասնագիտական ոլորտից: Պատրաստ է քննարկել ցանկացած առաջարկ՝ կապված գեղարվեստական ֆիլմերի հետ, հատկապես, որ այդ առումով հաջողված փորձ ունի. դերասաններ Ժասմենա Հովսեփյանի և Ջոն Մակարյանի որդին դեռ դպրոցական տարիքում նկարահանվել է Ալեքսանդր Աթանեսյանի «Сволочи», մեկ-երկու տարի առաջ էլ՝ Ելենա Արշակյանի «Անավարտ թռիչք» ֆիլմերում: «Այնպես չի, որ ես դարձել եմ այնպիսի հզոր դերասան, որ պետք է միայն գեղարվեստական ֆիլմերում նկարահանվեմ: Ես էլ եմ կարոտել հեռուստադիտողին ու անհամբեր սպասում եմ իմ հերթական մուտքին, բայց նորից կկրկնվեմ ու կասեմ՝ ոչ հեռուստասերիալով: Ափսոս, որ ֆիլմեր քիչ են նկարահանվում»,-դժգոհեց նա:

եր այն դիտարկմանը, որ այսօր նկարահանվող գեղարվեստական ֆիլմերն ավելի շատ կատակերգական ժանրում են, արդյոք հումորային կերպարում հանդես գալու առաջարկի դեպքում կհամաձայնի՝ պատասխանեց. «Պնդել, որ դա միանշանակ իմ ժանրը չի՝ սխալ կլինի, բայց ներկա պահին ինձ բոլորովին չեմ պատկերացնում նման նախագծում, կերպարում: Կատակերգական ֆիլմերն 90 տոկոսով կոմերցիա ապահովելու համար են, իսկ ես ուզում եմ դրանից մի փոքր հեռու մնալ»: 

Տիգրան Մակարյանն այսօր զբաղվում է բիզնես գործունեությամբ՝ մասնագիտական գործունեությունը մղելով երկրորդ պլան: «Ասել, որ մասնագիտությունն ինձ համար երկրորդական է դարձել՝ սխալ կլինի, թեև իրականությունն այդ է: Բայց արդեն 8 տարի է  «3D tuning» կազմակերպությունն ենք հիմնել ու զարգացնում ենք այդ նախագիծը: Զբաղվում ենք ավտոմեքենաների եռաչափ մոդելավորմամբ, համագործակցում ենք միջազգային շատ կազմակերպությունների հետ»,-խոստովանեց նա:
