Ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացումը կառավարության կարճաժամկետ ծրագրերից է

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը կառավարության ծրագրում կարևորում է ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացումը: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ կսռավարության կարճաժամկետ ծրագրերից մեկը ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացումն է:«Դրա կյանքի կոչումը վկայելու է կառավարության քաղաքական կամքի մասին՝ օր առաջ պայքարել ապօրինի հարստացման դեմ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նախարարը:
Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով` ապօրինի հարստացման դեմ պայքարի համար միայն դրա քրեականացումը բավարար չէ: «Մեկ գործողությամբ ֆենոմենալ արդյունքներ չենք կարող արձանագրել։ Ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացումը ինքնին մեծ արդյունք չի տա։ Սա կաշխատի այն ժամանակ, երբ կրկին կառավարության ծրագրում ամրագրված մի քանի ծրագիր ևս ճիշտ ժամանակին արվեն։ Խոսքն, օրինակ, կանխիկ գործառնությունների սահմանափակման մասին է։ Եկամուտների հայտարարագրման ոլորտում ևս կարող ենք արձանագրել վարչական և քրեական հաջողություններ»,- հստակեցրեց նախարարը:
Նախարարի խոսքով` օրենքի ընդունմանը պիտի հետևի նաև փոխկապակցված անձանց շրջանակի և հայտարարագիր ներկայացնող անձանց ընդլայնումը, որոնք, Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ փոխկապակցված հաջորդական քայլեր են, որոնց կիրառության դեպքում միայն կարելի է հասնել հաջողության։
