Կառավարության ծրագիրը բոլոր դեպքերում պետք է համարել, որպես առաջանցիկ քայլ: Դրանում դրական միտումներ կան: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց Հայրենական ապրանք արտադրողների միության նախագահ Վազգեն Սաֆարյանը: Նրա խոսքով` գյուղատնտեսությունն այս ծրագրում առաձնացված տեղ ունի և նրանում տրվող աջակցություններն առկա են:

«Շատ է խոսվում, որ տնտեսության աճ պետք է գրանցվի: Մեր արտաքին պարտքի և ՀՆԱ-ի վտանգավոր սահմանագիծը հաշվի առնելով՝ պետք է բարձրացնել ՀՆԱ-ի մակարդակը: Վերջինս հնարավոր է նաև մեր արդյունաբերության մեծացման հաշվին: Գնումների ոլորտում կառավարությունը որդեգրել է նոր մոտեցում` կրճատելով պատվիրատուների թիվը: Միջանկյալ այն կառույցները, որոնք միջնորդի դեր էին խաղում` հանվում են: Գյուղմթերքի վերամշակմամբ զբաղվող որոշակի կազմակերպությունների համար առանձնահատուկ գազի սակագին է սահմանվում»,- նշեց Հայրենական ապրանք արտադրողների միության նախագահը:

Սակայն Սաֆարյանը ցավով նշեց, որ ծրագրում հասցեական մոտեցումներ չկան Հայաստանի արդյունաբերական խոշոր ձեռնարկությունների առողջացման համար, որոնք ՀՆԱ-ն կարող են մեծացնել առնվազն երեք հարյուր միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարով:

ԳԽ նախկին պատգամավոր Ազատ Արշակյանն իր հերթին նշեց, որ Կառավարության ծրագիրը լավն է:

«Մենք գիտենք, որ պրոֆեսիոնալ կառավարություն ունենք, որը կարող է վերակառուցում իրականացնել և Հայաստանն առաջ տանել»,- ասաց Ազատ Արշակյանը:
