Զինծառայող Վահագն Վիրաբյանի սպանության գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության երկրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է ժամկետային զինծառայող Վահագն Գագիկի Վիրաբյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ սպանության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել շարքային զինծառայողի:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 15-ին՝ ժամը 08:40-ի սահմաններում, N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում հերթապահության նշանակված ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Վահագն Գագիկի Վիրաբյանի ուղղությամբ կրակահերթ է արձակել նույն զորամասի մեկ այլ շարքային զինծառայող՝ իրեն ամրակցված ինքնաձիգից։
Վ.Վիրաբյանը դեմքի և կրծքավանդակի շրջաններում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներից մահացել է։
Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքներ, դրդապատճառը:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ շարքայինին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանություն): Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:
