Սփյուռքահայերի փորձառությունը՝ նոր աշխատանքային մշակույթի հիմք

Հայկ Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Սիրիայում պատերազմական իրավիճակը դեռ շարունակվում է: Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ, երբ իրավիճակն այդ երկրում ավելի է սրվում է, դրան զուգահեռ Հայաստանում սրվում է Սիրիայում ապրող հայերին այդ երկրից անվտանգ դուրս բերելու, նրանց կեցությունը հայրենիքում ապահովելու հարցը:
Պետական աջակցությամբ կամ սեփական միջոցներով հայրենիք գալուց հետո, սակայն, սիրիահայերը երբեմն բախվում են ինտեգրման հետ կապված խնդիրների, որոնք որքան էլ բնական թվան, այդուհանդերձ անցանկալի են: Աժ-ում կառավարության ծրագրի ներկայացման ժամանակ ՀՀ վարչապետը շեշտել է. «Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերություններում կարևորում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ որպես համայն հայության կենտրոնի, բոլոր հայերի հայրենիքի դերի բարձրացումը։ Այդ ուղղությամբ նախատեսում ենք իրականացնել սիրիահայերի և իրաքահայերի ինտեգրմանն ուղղված ծրագրեր, ինչպես նաև համահայկական կառույցների հետ համատեղ մշակել հայապահպան ծրագրեր»։
Ըստ Կառավարության ծրագրի՝ Հայրենիքում բնակություն հաստատած սիրիահայերին նախատեսվում է օժանդակություն տրամադրել «Մեկ պատուհանի սկզբունքով» գործող կառույցի միջոցով, որը նրանց կօգնի խորհրդատվական ծառայություններ տրամադրելու, բիզնես ծրագրեր առաջարկելու, ներդրումների սահուն իրականացմանն օգնելու հարցրերում:
Գործադիրի ղեկավարը նաև շեշտել է, որ մի շարք ոլորտներում սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցներն ունեն հարուստ փորձառություն և գիտելիքներ, որոնց ներդրումը, ըստ վարչապետի, կարող է ստեղծել հասարակական նոր որակներ, առաջ բերել նոր գաղափարներ, ներմուծել մշակութային նոր ձևաչափեր, բերել նոր աշխատանքային մշակույթ, ստեղծել գլոբալ մրցունակ ապրանքներ և ծառայություններ: Աշխատանքներ կտարվեն և նախագծեր կիրականացվեն սփյուռքի գործարար ներուժը ներգրավելու համար:
