Այս երիտասարդ ծնողները ստիպված են եղել մի քանի շատ տհաճ պահերի միջով անցնել, ինչի մասին ընտանիքի հայրը պատմել է Facebook-ի իր ընկերներին:

Սկզբում ամուսինները շատ երջանիկ էին և իրենց որդուն էին դաստիարակում, իսկ վերջերս նրանց ընտանիքը համալրվել է նաև դստրիկով: Փոքրիկը առողջ էր ծնվել:

Բայց մի օր աղջիկը վատացավ: Սկզբում նա ուղղակի պասիվ էր, իսկ հետո նա սկսեց հազալ և ջերմությունը բարձրացավ: Ծնողները շտապօգնություն կանչեցին, և բժիշկները որոշոցին հոսպիտալացնել աղջկան:

Պարզվեց, որ օգնությունը ժամանակին են հասցրել: Եվս մի քանի րոպե, և հետևանքները կարող էին անդառնալի լինել: Հիվանդանոցի միջանցքում աղջկա սիրտը կանգնեց: Բարեբախտաբար բժիշկներին հաջողվեց նրան կյանքի վերադարձնել:

Պարզվեց, աղջկա հիվանդությունը պայմանավորված էր շնչառական վիրուսով: Դա բավականին տարածված հիվանդություն է, շատ երեխաներ են դրանով հիվանդանում: Բայց նորածինների համար այդ վիրուսը կարող է մահացու լինել:

Հիվանդության պատճառը ծնողների համար իսկական հանելուկ էր. աղջնակը չէր մրսել, տանը միշտ նորմալ ջերմաստիճան էին պահպանվում, միջանցիկ քամիներ և հիվանդ մարդկանց հետ շփում չէր եղել:

Խոսելով ծնողների հետ՝ բժիշկները մի բան մատնացույց արեցին, որը մայրիկն ու հայրիկն անտեսել էին: Բանը նրանում էր, որ երեխային գրկելուց առաջ պետք է շատ լավ լվանալ ձեռքերը, քանի որ ձեռքի ափերում բազմաթիվ միկրոօրգանիզմներ են հավաքվում, որոնք մեծ վտանգ են ներկայացնում փոքրիկի դեռ չամրացած իմունային համակարգի համար: Բացի այդ, ծնողների ձեռքերը պետք է անպայման տաք լինեն:

Փոքրիկի հայրը զգուշացնում է բոլոր ծնողներին, որպեսզի նրանք երեխային գրկելուց առաջ անպայման լվանան իրենց ձեռքերը տաք ջրով:

Դա հեշտ գործընթաց է և ընդամենը երկու րոպե է պահանջում, բայց այն ունակ է պահպանել երեխայի կյանքը:

Մեր հասարակության մեջ էլ է ընդունված դեռևս ծննդատանը գնալ և տեսնել նորածնին, անգամ գրկել և համբուրել։ Ոմանք չեն հասկանում դրա հետևանքները, և, երբ մի քանի ամիս անց երեխան տարատեսակ հիվանդություններ է ձեռք բերում` թուլացած իմունիտետի պատճառով, ծնողները սկսում են տարբեր պատճառներ որոնել, բացի գլխավորից` իրենցից։ Երեխայի առաջին մի քանի ամիսների հիգիենան շատ մեծ կարևորություն ունի նրա իմունիտետի զարգացման գործում։
