Ներդրումային նախագծերը կաշխատեն «տուրբո ռեժիմով»

Նարեկ Պողոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայաստանը պատկանում է այն երկրների շարքին, որտեղ ներդրումների դերը առավել քան կարևոր են, քանի որ ներդրումների աճը ՀՀ տնտեսության մեջ լուրջ նախադրյալներ կստեղծեն ՀՀ տնտեսության վերելքի համար: Դեպի Հայաստան ներդրումային հոսքեր ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է առաջին հերթին հաշվի առնել այն, որ ներդրողները գումար դնելուց առաջ ուսումնաիրում են երկրի ռիսկայնության մակարդակը, իսկ Հայաստանը գտնվում է բավականին ռիսկային գոտում՝ ունենալով անցումային շրջանում գտնվող տնտեսություն, չլուծված կոնֆլիկտ և այլն:
Այսպիսով Հայաստանի դեպքում հատուկ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում, որը պահանջում է պետության միջամտությունը: Ուստի կառավարությունը իր վրա պետք է վերցնի ներդրումային ակտիվության, դրա միջոցով աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը խթանողի գործառույթը և զանազան գործիքակազմով մասնակցություն ցուցաբերի Հայաստանի համար առանցքային ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման գործում։ Առավել արդյունավետ կլինի, եթե ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավման գործը առաջ մղելու համար գործի հատուկ մարմին:
