Կարեն Ղազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Անբեկանելի իրողություն է, որ չկան վատ ծրագրեր, կան արհեստավարժ և ոչ այդքան արհեստավարժ իրականացնողներ, ինչպես նաև մի կողմից` տքնաջան աշխատել ցանկացողներ և մյուս կողմից` անհաջողության պատճառներ որոնողներ: Այս առումով վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի ելույթը, Կառավարության ծրագրում արձանագրված շեշտադրումները և, առհասարակ, նորանշանակ վարչապետի նախանշված ծրագրերը և գործելաոճը բավական մեծ հույս են ներշնչում: Իմ խորին համոզմամբ`վարչապետի ողջ ելույթի ընթացքում անշեղ գծով ընթանում էր մի շատ պարզ միտք․ «Ժողովու՛րդ, ոչ ոք չի ասում, թե ամեն ինչ կարգին է: Իրավիճակը իրոք բարդ է, սակայն դրանից դուրս գալու համար պետք է համակարգային, հստակ և տքնաջան աշխատանք: Ես և իմ գլխավորած կառավարությունը պատրաստվում ենք աշխատել, մասնավորապես՝ անել սա, սա և սա և այ այսպես: Ով ցանկանում է աշխատել և ներածին չափով օգտակար լինել, շատ լավ, ով՝ ոչ, ապա խնդրում ենք գոնե չխանգարել:
