ՀՀ ՊՆ. Ռուսաստանը «Իսկանդեր Մ» համալիրների աշխատանքի արգելափակման տեխնիկական միջոցներ չունի

Ցանկացած պահի, հենց որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշում կայացնի «Իսկանդեր Մ» օպերատիվ–տակտիկական հրթիռային համալիրները կիրառելու մասին, հակառակորդի դիրքերին հարված կհասցվի։ Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 20-ին՝ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, ասել է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ հրթիռային զորքերի եւ հրետանու շտաբի պետ, վարչության պետի տեղակալ գնդապետ Արտավազդ Յաղմուրյանը՝ նշելով, որ այդ որոշումը Հայաստանի իրավասությունն է, այլ ոչ թե որեւէ այլ պետության։
Յաղմուրյանի խոսքով՝ նախքան «Իսկանդեր Մ» օպերատիվ–տակտիկական հրթիռային համալիրներ ձեռք բերելը ՀՀ ՊՆ–ն կազմակերպել էր մասնագետների ուսուցում, որոնք նույնպես մասնակցել են հենց այդ համալիրների կիրառմանը, որոնք ձեռք է բերել Հայաստանը։ Պատրաստություն անցած անձնակազմը ընդունել է «Իսկանդեր Մ» օպերատիվ–տակտիկական հրթիռային համալիրները։
«Մեր անձնակազմը խնդիրներ չի ունենա «Իսկանդեր Մ» համալիրների օգտագործման համար»,– ասել է Յաղմուրյանը։
ՀՀ ԶՈւ սպառազինությունների շահագործման եւ զրահատանկային ծառայության բաժնի պետ գնդապետ Զորայր Գաբրիելյանը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը, որից Հայաստանը գնել է «Իսկանդեր Մ» համալիրները, տեխնիկական հնարավորություններ չունի դրանց աշխատանքը արգելափակելու համար։ «Դա մեր զենքն է, եւ դրա կիրառումը պլանավորում ենք նույնպես մենք»։
Ինչ վերաբերում է «Սմերչ» համազարկային կրակի համակարգին, ապա Յաղմուրյանի խոսքով՝ այդ սպառազինության անձնակազմը նախապատրաստություն է անցել դեռ 1996–ին։ «Մենք այդ սպառազինության կիրառման նեղ մասնագետներ ունենք»։
