Ինչպե՞ս ավելի լավը դառնալը։ Սա մի հարց է, որը երբեմն անհավանական է թվում, սակայն մեծ ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է հասնել այդ նպատակին։

Ոչ մեկը կատարյալ չէ, եւ դա հայտնի է բոլորին։ Ցանկացած մարդ իր առավելություններն ու թերությունները ունի։ Երբեմն մենք փորձում ենք փոխվել եւ ազատվել մեր թերություններից, բայց ոչ միշտ է դա ստացվում։

Առաջարկում ենք ընթերցել, թե ինչ կարելի է անել ավելի լավը դառնալու համար։

Ասեք «ոչ» վատ սովորություններին. Դուք երբեք կատարյալ եւ ավելի լավը չեք դառնա, եթե չփորձեք ազատվել վատ սովորություններից։ Այս թերությունները խանգարում են ձեզ եւ շեղում ճիշտ ճանապարհից։ Ճիշտ է, սա այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ, բայց եթե ցանկանում եք հրաժարվել ծխելուց, ապա դրական արդյունքին պետք է աստիճանաբար հասնել։

Պլան կազմեք. Մեկ ամսում կամ մեկ շաբաթում չեք կարող դրական արդյունքի հասնել, սակայն եթե ամբողջ տարվա համար պլան կազմեք, ապա արդյունքն ակնհայտ կլինի։

Բարի գործեր արեք. Եթե ձեզանից օգնություն են խնդրել, մի հրաժարվեք։ Ձեր ուժերի ներածին չափով փորձեք օգնել դիմացինին։ Ձեզ համար դա դժվար գործ չէ։ Ուստի, պետք է բարի գործեր անել՝ թեկուզ փոքր, ոչ նշանակալից։ Բարի գործը կատարելության հասնելու գրավականներից մեկն է։

Ազնվություն սեփական անձի եւ շրջապատի նկատմամբ. պետք չէ գովաբանել ձեզ այն ամենի համար, ինչ չեք արել կամ չունեք։ Պետք չէ ստել եւ խաբել։ Ամեն ինչին ավելի սթափ նայեք։

Պատասխանատու եղեք այն ամենի համար, ինչ ասել եք. սկզբունքային եղեք։ Եթե ինչ-որ բան եք խոստացել, ուրեմն փորձեք ամեն գնով կատարել այն։ Իսկ եթե չեք կարող, ուրեմն խոսք մի տվեք։

Սեր. Մարդը չի կարող ապրել առանց սիրո։ Յուրաքանչյուրը սիրո պակաս է զգում, ուստի դրական եւ երջանիկ լինելու համար հարկավոր է ջերմ եւ վստահելի հարաբերություններ հաստատել ձեր շրջապատի մարդկանց հետ։ Փոխվեք. եւ սա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն ներաշխարհին, այլեւ արտաքին տեսքին։
