6 սխալ, որ թույլ են տալիս ծնողները՝ երեխաների հետ վիճելիս

1. Գնահատել երեխային, այլ ոչ թե նրա արարքը
Չի կարելի երեխային ասել «Ի՜նչ վատ երեխա է» կամ «Դու վատ տղա ես», քանի որ երեխան միշտ էլ շատ լավն է, պարզապես երբեմն նրա արարքներն են վատը լինում: Խոսել կամ գնահատել հարկավոր է հենց արարքը, որպեսզի երեխան չսկսի կասկածել, որ սիրված չէ:
2. Օգտվել մեծահասակ լինելու առավելությունից
Երբեմն ծնողները վերցնում են երեխայից որևէ արգելված իր և դնում են այնպիսի տեղ, որտեղից նա չի կարողանա վերցնել դա: Նման դեպքերում երեխայի մոտ ի հայտ է գալիս թերարժեքության զգացում, նա զայրանում է ու վիրավորվում, իսկ ծնողներն, օգնելու փոխարեն, միայնակ են թողնում ու խնդրում մտածել իր պահվածքի մասին:
3. Ճնշում գործադրել՝ սպառնալով զրկել որևէ բանից
Հաճախ կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակում ծնողները սպառնում են չգնել խոստացված խաղալիքը կամ քաղցրավենիքը, ինչով շատ արագ արդյունքի են հասնում և երեխան սկսում է իրեն ավելի լավ պահել: Սակայն այդ կերպ նա կսկսի մտածել օգուտ ստանալու մասին, այլ ոչ թե իր վատ պահվածքի կամ ծնողների զգացմունքների: Երբ երեխան մեծանա, նա կսկսի հասկանալ, թե երբ պետք է իրեն լավ պահի, որպեսզի խաղալիք ստանա, իսկ իր չարությունը կկուտակի ներսում:
4. Ագրեսիա, ֆիզիկական պատիժ, բղավոցներ ու հայհոյանքներ
Նման պահվածքը շատ վատ օրինակ է երեխայի համար, քանի որ նա կսկսի իրեն նույն կերպ պահել: Նա կսկսի մտածել, որ ճիշտ է նա, ով ավելի ուժեղ է ու ագրեսիվ: Բացի այդ, երեխան կարող է նաև վախենալ ծնողների այդ պահվածքից և հետագայում հարաբերությունները կկառուցվեն վախի հիման վրա:
5. Ստիպել երեխային ներողություն խնդրել ամեն մանրուքի համար, մինչդեռ ծնողները նույն կերպ չեն վարվում
Որպեսզի երեխան սովորի ներողություն խնդրել ու ընդունել իր սխալը, ծնողները պետք է օրինակ ծառայեն նրա համար: Միայն սեփական օրինակով կարելի է սովորեցնել երեխային ներողություն խնդրել անկեղծ, այլ ոչ թե մեխանիկորեն
6. Պատժել երեխային ուրիշների աչքի առաջ
Երեխային պատժել կամ դաստիարակել հարկավոր է առանձին, այլ ոչ թե օտարների աչքի առաջ: Նման վերաբերմունքը ստորացնում է երեխային:
