Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, քիչ առաջ Արմենիա բժշկական կենտրոնում մահացավ Սևան քաղաքի Նալբանդյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 22-ամյա Լևոն Սահակյանը:

Վերջինիս սպանելու նպատակով դանակի հարվածներ էր հասցրել «Վան» հեռուստաստուդիայի 39-ամյա տնօրեն Վահան Ղազարյանը:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը հոկտեմբերի 19-ին, կեսգիշերին ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի աշխատակիցները՝ տեղի համայնքային ոստիկանների հետ ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին էին բերման ենթարկել Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ, 39-ամյա Վահան Ղազարյանին։

Հոկտեմբերի 19-ին, ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ «ձախից կրծքավանդակի և աջից՝ ազդրի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում իրենց մոտ էր տեղափոխվել Սևան քաղաքի Նալբանդյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 22-ամյա Լևոն Սահակյանը։ Հիվանդանոց էին մեկնել ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել էին նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի քննիչները՝ բաժնի պետ Սահակ Գևորգյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին և քննիչներին հայտնել էին, որ երիտասարդը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է, գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում և ի վիճակի չէ դեպքի վերաբերյալ որևէ տեղեկություն հայտնել։ Արդեն տեղում Մաշտոցի ոստիկանները օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստանում, որ վիրավոր Լ. Սահակյանը հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել իրենց տանից, սակայն մինչ այդ նրա և Վ. Ղազարյանի միջև ֆինանսական խնդիրների շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Թերլեմեզյան փողոցի 3 հասցեում։

Արդեն ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելիս ոստիկանները քննիչների հետ ձեռնարկելով համատեղ գործողություններ՝ կարողանում են ծուղակ ստեղծել և Վ. Ղազարյանին, ով վարձակալական հիմունքներով բնակվում է Երևանում, հայտնաբերել են ու բերման ենթարկել։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Վ. Ղազարյանը կասկածվում է Լ. Սահակյանին սպանելու փորձ կատարելու մեջ։ Փաստի առթիվ ավագ քննիչ Ռևիկ Սեդրակյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի (սպանության փորձ) հատկանիշով։ Հայտնաբերվել էր նաև հանցագործության գործիք դանակը։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ կասկածյալ Վ. Ղազարյանն աշխատում է «Վան» հեռուստաստուդիայի տնօրեն, իսկ վիրավոր Լ. Սահակյանը բժշկական համալսարանի ասպիրանտ էր։ Պատճառը եղել էր միմյանց միջև եղած 80 հազար դրամ պարտք ու պահանջը։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
