Արևելյան արդարադատություն. Սաուդյան-Արաբիայում արքայազնի են գլխատել

Մեր երկրագունդը, թվում էր, արդեն վաղուց հրաժարվել է մահապատժից, սակայն այն մինչ օրս կիրառվում է աշխարհի շատ երկրներում, օրինակ`Սաուդյան Արաբիայում: Եվ չնայած սա բարբարոսության դրսևորում է, սակայն այս երկրում այն կատարելության է հասցվել: Սաուդյան Արաբիայում մահապատիժը ոչ միայն չի վերացվել, այլև իր թիրախ է դարձրել անգամ երկրի առաջին դեմքերին: Օրենքն այստեղ բոլորին է վերաբերվում, այդ թվում`թագավորական ընտանիքի անդամներին: Հոկտեմբերի 18-ին երկրի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարեց ամբողջ աշխարհին, որ գլխատման է դատապարտվել Տուրկի բին Սաուդա ալ-Կաբիրա արքայազնը: Երկու տարի առաջ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել խմբակային ծեծի ժամանակ սպանություն կատարելու համար:
Արքայական ընտանիքի անդամը արդարադատությանը դեմ դուրս չի գալիս: Ավելին, նա անձամբ է ոստիկաններին դեպքի վայր կանչել և ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք տվել:
Շարիաթի գործող օրենքների համաձայն`արքայազն Տուրկի բին Սաուդա ալ-Կաբիրան դատապարտման ամենախիստ պատժին էր արժանացել: Նման ճակատագրի են արժանանում սպանության, թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության, զինված կողոպուտի, բռնաբարության և անարգանքի և հայհոյանքի մեջ մեղադրվելու դեպքում:
Այդուհանդերձ, մենք ունենք Սաուդյան-Արաբիայի բնակիչներից սովորելու բաներ, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ` արդարամտությունն ու ճշմարտախոսությունը: Եթե մեր էլիտայի ներկայացուցիչներն անգամ տուգանքների վճարից են խուսափում, ինչպես կարող ենք հույս ունենալ, որ ինչ-որ մեկն անկեղծ կխոստովանի իր մեղքերը:
