Ամերիկայի երկրները մտահոգություն են հայտնել Վենեսուելայում հանրաքվեն ընդհատելու կապակցությամբ

Ամերիկյան առնվազն 12 երկրներ շաբաթ՝ հոկտեմբերի 22-ին, հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ իրենց մտահոգությունն են հայտնում Վենեսուելայի նախագահ Նիկոլաս Մադուրոյի լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու հարցով հանրաքվե անցկացնելու համար ստորագրահավաքի գործընթացը դադարեցնելու կապակցությամբ, հաղորդում է «ՌԻԱ նովոստին»։
Նախորդ հինգշաբթի Վենեսուելայի 5 նահանգների դատարաններ անսպասելիորեն չեղյալ են հայտարարել ստորագրահավաքի առաջին փուլի արդյունքները, որոնք մինչ այդ ճանաչվել էին Ազգային ընտրական խորհրդի կողմից։ Առաջին փուլի արդյունքները չեղարկելուց հետո երկրորդ փուլի անցկացումը դարձել է անհնար։ Այսպիսով, ներկայումս հանրաքվեի հարցը մնացել է օդում կախված, իսկ ստորագրահավաքը հետաձգվել է անորոշ ժամանակով։
Այդ փաստաթղթի տակ իրենց ստորագրությունն են դրել Արգենտինան, Բրազիլիան, Կանադան, Կոլումբիան, Կոստա Ռիկան, Հոնդուրասը, ԱՄՆ-ը, Մեքսիկան, Պերուն եւ Ուրուգվայը, հաղորդում է Արգենտինայի ԱԳՆ-ն։
Հայտարարությունում, մասնավորապես ասվում է. «Հանրաքվեի նախապատրաստման գործընթացի կաթվածահար լինելը եւ Վենեսուելայի դատական իշխանությունների որոշումը՝ արգելել ընդդիմության հիմնական առաջնորդներին դուրս գալ երկրից, սպառնում է կառավարության եւ ընդդիմության միջեւ երկխոսություն հաստատելու հնարավորությանը, որը թույլ կտար խաղաղ ճանապարհով դուրս գալ երկում ստեղծված կրիտիկական իրավիճակից»։
Ստորագրահավաքի երկրորդ փուլը նախատեսված էր հոկտեմբերի 26-28-ին։ Ընդդիմության համար կարեւոր է անցկացնել հանրաքվեն այս տարվա ընթացքում։ Եթե հանրաքվեն անցկացվի 2017 թվականի հունվարի 10-ից հետո, ապա եթե անգամ Վենեսուելայի բնակիչները դրական պատասխան տան Մադուրոյի լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու հարցին, երկրի նախագահի պաշտոնը առաջիկա երկու տարում կզբաղեցնի երկրի փոխնախագահը։ Իսկ եթե հանրաքվեն անցկացվի այս տարվա ընթացքում, ապա ըստ Սահմանադրության, պետք է տեղի ունենան նր ընտրություններ։
