Լրագրողների համար մեկնաբանությունում ցանցահենը նշել է, որ ինքն այդպիսով ցանկացել է վրեժ լուծել ուրբաթ օրվա լայնածավալ կիբերհարձակման համար, երբ ժամանակավորապես շարքից դուրս էր եկել ամերիկյան հայտնի կայքերի մի մասը: Ըստ նրա՝ այդ դեպքի հետևում Ռուսաստանն է կանգնած:

Ասվում է, որ The Jester-ը կոտրել է ՌԴ գերատեսչության կայքը և այնտեղ «Մոսկվային նախագուշացում հրապարակել»:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ը չի հայտնել ոչ մի ցանցահենային հարձակման մասին, գերատեսչության կայքը գործում է, այն կոտրելու մասին տեղեկության պաշտոնական հաստատում չկա:
