Բաղադրիչները.
1. Ձու – 3 հատ
2. Սպիտակ շոկոլադ – 120 գ
3. Պանիր Մասկարպոնե – 120 գ
Պատրաստման եղանակը.
1. Շոկոլադը կտրատել փոքր մասերի և դնել թասի մեջ: Հալեցնել գոլորշու վրա:
2. Ձվերի սպիտակուցը առանձնացնել դեղնուցից: Սպիտակուցները լավ հարել:
3. Հալեցրած շոկոլադը միացնել պանրի հետ և լավ խառնել սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում:
4. Շոկոլադի և պանրի խառնուրդին ավելացնել դեղնուցները, լավ խառնել:
5. Ստացված զանգվածին մաս-մաս ավելացնել լավ հարած սպիտակուցը:
6. Թխելու համար նախատեսված թղթից ինքնուրույն կաղապար պատրաստել (20 սմ տրամագծով և 15 սմ բարձրությամբ):
7. Խմորը լցնել կաղապարի մեջ:
8. Կաղապարը դնել տապակին և այնտեղ լցնել 1/4 լ եռացրած ջուր:
9. Թխել նախօրոք 170 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում 15 րոպե: Հետո իջեցնել 160 աստիճան և թխել ևս 15 րոպե: Անջատել ջեռոցը և թողնել տորթը ներսում ևս 15 րոպե:
10. Սառեցնել տորթը և վրան շաքարի փոշի շաղ տալ:
