Վարչապետը չի բացառել ԵՏՄ-ի կազմից դուրս այլ երկրների հետ «ընկերակցելը»

Անահիտ Գրիգորյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Օրերս մի խումբ լրատվամիջոցների տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը դրական կարծիք է հայտնել՝ Հայաստանի ԵՏՄ կազմի մեջ մտնելու վերաբերյալ:
«Որովհետև մենք դառնում ենք մի ակումբի անդամ, որտեղ շուկան մեծանում է և որտեղ մեր պոտենցիալ կարողությունները տեղաբաշխելը մաքսիմալ հնարավոր է»,- պարզաբանել է վարչապետը:
Հարցին, թե՝ փորձը ցույց է տալիս կամ տվյալները, որ մենք առայժմ չենք շահել այդ անդամակցությունից Կարեն Կարապետյանը պատասխանել է. «Ճիշտ եք, բայց որևէ անալիտիկա չկա՝ ի՞նչ կլիներ, եթե այնտեղ չմտնեինք այս ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում, այն շուկայի վերաբերյալ, որի վրա մենք աշխատում ենք»:
Փաստացի, վարչապետը կարևորել է վերլուծությունների դերը տնտեսական գործընթացների իրականացման ժամանակ: Նրա խոսքերից պարզ է դառնում, որ այս պահին Հայաստանն այդպիսի վերլուծությունների ու կանխատեսումների կարիքն իրապես ունի:
«Պատկերացնենք՝ մենք ԵԱՏՄ-ի շուկայի մեջ լինեինք, մեր ապրանքը հիմնականում ուղղված լիներ դեպի այդ շուկաները և ի՞նչ կլիներ, եթե մենք ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ չլինեինք: Այդ անալիտիկան չկա: Երկրորդը, լինելով ԵԱՏՄ-ի շուկայում՝ մենք բացառո՞ւմ ենք այլ շուկաներում աշխատելը, ոչ: Մենք այլ շուկաներ գրավելու մեծ պոտենցիալ ունենք և ինչ որ ձևով ԵԱՏՄ-ն մեզ խանգարո՞ւմ է, իհարկե, ոչ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք կարո՞ղ ենք ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամակցությունից օգտվել՝ հիմնականում մեզնից է կախված: Եթե մենք այդքան էլ չենք օգտվում, մեղքը գցել ուրիշների վրա, կարծում եմ, ճիշտ չէ»,- նշել է վարչապետը, ապա անդրադառնալով այլ երկրների ու միջազգային կառույցների հետ տնտեսական հնարավոր համագործակցությանը, հավելել.
«Մենք մեկի հետ ընկերություն անելուց անպայման ինչ որ մեկի դեմ չենք անում չէ ընկերությունը: Եվ ուրիշների հետ ընկերակցելը չի բացառվում»:
