Արպրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ ի հայտ եկած թալանի դրվագների համար ոչ մի գեներալ պատասխանատվություն չկրեց

Փաստորեն Արպրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ ի հայտ եկած խայտառակ թալանի դրվագների համար ոչ մի գեներալ այդպես էլ պատասխանատվություն չկրեց, իսկ այս ողջ ընթացքում միակ բանը, որ արվում էր, դա թեման ցրելու փորձերն էին, որոնք կարծես թե հաջողությամբ են պսակվում։
Ու այս առումով, 800 հեկտարի մասին խոսակցությունները միայն ուշադրությունը շեղելու դերակատարություն ունեն։ Պատերազմներում 800 հեկտար կարելի է տեղային մարտերում կորցնել, կամ էլ ձեռք բերել ու դա միանգամայն օբյեկտիվ գործոններով կարող է պայմանավորված լինել։ Իսկ այ մի շարք այլ թերացումներ արդեն բացառված է, որ սուբյեկտիվ գործոնի հետևանք չլինեն ու այդ սուբյեկտիվ գործոնի վերջնական հասցեատերերը այդպես էլ չբացահայտվեցին ու չպատժվեցին։
Օրինակ՝ մի՞թե մենակ շարքային անձնակազմն ու կրտսեր-միջին սպայակազմն էր մեղավոր նրանում, որ պարզվել էր, որ ՊԲ վառելիքի անձեռնմեխելի ռեզերվի գրեթե ողջ ծավալը ջրով բացված էր եղել, քանի որ տարիներ ժամանակ այդ վառելիքը կոխել էին ու տեղը ջուր էին լցվել։
Մի՞թե շաքրային անձնակազմն ու կրտեսեր-միջին հրամկազմն էր մեղավոր, որ զրահատեխնիկայի ու ավտոպարկի զգալի մասը պարզվեց, որ անգամ «խոդի չի ընկնում», քանի որ պահեստամասեր չկան, կամ էլ երկար ժամանակ անսարք են եղել, բայց ներկայացվել են, որպես նորոգված (իհարկե բյուջետային միջոցների հաշվին)։
Անգամ եթե շաքրային անձնակազմն ու կրտեսեր-միջին հրամկազմն էր մեղավոր՝ թալանի անմիջական պատասխանատվություն կրելու առումով, բայց այդ երբվանի՞ց նման անձնակազմի վերադաս հրամանատարությունը չի կիսում պատասխանատվությունն իր ենթակաների համար։ Այնինչ, արյունալի իրադարձությունների կես տարի անց էլ մենք չունենք դատված, կամ էլ քրեական հետապնդման մեջ գտնվող գեթ մեկ գեներալ։ Տպավորություն է, որ որոշեցին բավարարվել մի քանի քավության նոխազ նշանակելով ու կոսմետիկ հարդարումներով։
Հուսով եմ, որ ՊՆ-ում կադրային փոփոխությունները ու նոր Պաշտպանության նախարարը կլրացնեն այս բացը։ Նման գեներալներով պատերազմ չեն հաղթում։
