1 Լվացեք կիտրոնը, մաքրեք սխտորը: Մթերքներն աղացեք մսաղացով:
2 Լցրեք ողջ զանգվածը կաթսայի մեջ, ջուր ավելացրեք և դրեք գազօջախին:
3 Խառնուրդը հասցրեք եռման աստիճանի, բայց մի եռացրեք: Թողեք սառչի, լցրեք այն հարմարավետ տարրայի մեջ և պահեք սառնարանում:
4 Երեք շաբաթ շարունակ խմեք այս ըմպելիքը՝ օրական 50 մլ: Մեկ շաբաթ ընդմիջեք, հետո նորից կրկնեք:
