«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ԱԺ գալիք ընտրություններին քիչ ժամանակ է մնացել, եւ արդեն աշխատանքներ են տարվում ապագա խորհրդարանում ՀՀԿ կազմի ուղղությամբ: Այն հիմնականում ձեւավորվելու է գրեթե նույն սկզբունքով, ինչ նոր կառավարության դեպքում՝ երիտասարդ, քիչ հայտնի, «պրադվինուտի» դեմքեր:
ՀՀԿ-ն «ֆորմատ» կամ «ռեսթարթ» անելու համատեքստում առաջիկայում կուսակցությանը կանդամագրվեն մի շարք հայտնի, հասարակության մեջ որոշակի դիրք ունեցող գործիչներ: Ըստ պլանի՝ ՀՀԿ-ն ապագա խորհրդարանում ներկայացված կլինի նաեւ մի շարք պաշտոնյաների որդիների ու մոտ ազգականների դեմքերով:
Այս ամենի կուրացիան, ըստ լուրերի, վերապահված է Սերժ Սարգսյանի աշխատակազմի նոր ղեկավար Արմեն Գեւորգյանին:
Ի դեպ, լավատեղյակներն ասում են, որ նախորդ ԱԺ-ում ՀՀԿ ցուցակի ձեւավորման հարցում մեծ է եղել նախկին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանի դերակատարումը: Նրա խորհրդով են ՀՀԿ ցուցակում հայտնվել այնպիսի կարկառուններ, ինչպիսիք են Արտաշես Մամիկոնիչը, Խոսրով Մելիքիչը, Հայկ Բաբուխանյանը եւ այլք, որոնց հասարակական վստահության ցուցիչը բարձր չէ:
Առաջարկ է արվել նաեւ ԱԺԴ նախագահ Արշակ Սադոյանին, որը, սակայն, մերժել է պատգամավոր դառնալու հրավերը: Նրա փոխարեն ՀՀԿ ցուցակ է մտել Տիգրան Սարգսյանի նախկին կուսակիցներից մեկի՝ Սեյրան Ավագյանի ՀԺԱՄ-ի հիմնադիր անդամ Վահրամ Մկրտչյանը»:
