Մոդել, դերասանուհի Մարիամ Մելիքյանի դստեր  1-ամյակի մասին Life.panorama.am-ն արդեն պատմել է, սակայն դստեր համար կազմակերպած խնջույքից հետո դերասանուհին կրկին հայտնվել է քննադատությունների կենտրոնում: 
 
«Մարիամ Մելիքյանը դստեր 1-ամյակին ներկայացել է գիշերային ակումբի պարուհու տեսքով». նման կարծիքներ տարածվեցին դերասանուհու լուսանկարներից հետո, ոմանք անգամ նշել են, թե Մարիամ Մելիքյանը հագնվել է թուրքական ոճով:
Թեմայի շրջանակում Life.panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում Մարիամը նշեց.
 
«Ես սովոր եմ արդեն ու ոչ էլ անակնկալի եկա, երբ տեսա տարածված նյութը, անգամ արդեն պատրաստ էի դրան ու ընդունել եմ այն փաստը, որ չկայացած բլոգերները պետք է մի կերպ կարողանան իրենց գոյությունը պահել նման նյութերի շնորհիվ: Ինչ վերաբերվում է ինձ, ես կարող եմ անտեսել ու անգամ ծիծաղել նման նյութերի վրա, բայց այս պարագայում ինձ տհաճ էր միայն այն, որ քննադատությունների թեմա է դարձել աղջկաս ծնունդը. Ուղղակի սարսափելի է, երբ մարդիկ վիրավորում են փոքրիկ` ընդամենը մեկ տարեկան երեխայի, նրանք այնքան շնորհք չունեին, որ գոնե շնորհավորեիք բալիկիս, չնայած նորմալ է` ոչ բոլորն են շնորհքով օժտված, դա մեղադրելու չէ»- նշեց Մարիամն ու շարունակեց.
 
«Ինչ վերաբերվում է հագուստիս, որը դարձել էր ամենաքննարկվողը, այստեղ ես կրկին պետք է իմ զարմանքը հայտնեմ` ի՞նչ է վարդագույնը թուրքական գո՞ւյն է, ի՞նչն էր թուրքական, կամ մերկապարուհիները այդպես փա՞կ են հագնվում: Ինքս գիտակցում էի, որ բալիկիս ծնունդն է ու ընտրել էի զգեստ, որը վուլգար չէր, ավելին, համապատասխան էր օրվա մեր ընտրած գույներին եւ տրամադրությանը: Ասեմ նաեւ` իմ ու աղջկաս զգեստների գումարը կազմում է տվյալ բլոգերի 2-3 ամսվա աշխատավարձը: Ես ապրում եմ իմ ուզած կյանքով, ոչնչից հետ չեմ մնում, ունենում եմ ամեն ինչ, ինչ ուզում եմ, իսկ նախանձ մարդկանց ոչինչ ասել չեմ կարող: Այն կանայք էլ, ովքեր պարապ նստած իրենց կյանքից ու ապրուստից չարացած մեկնաբանություններ են գրում իմ նյութի տակ, ուղղակի ծիծաղելի են, ես այսօր հետաքրքրության համար իրենց էջերն ուսումնասիրեցի ու մի բան հասկացա` բարկանալ պետք չէ, նրանցից շատերը կցանկանային իրենց երեխաների հետ կապված միջոցառումները մի օր նշեին այնպես, ինչպես ես շատ թեթեւ նշեցի աղջկաս 1-ամյակը: Առհասարակ մեկին քննադատելիս պետք է մի քիչ առավել լինել, որ քննադատությունդ էլ արժեք ունենա: Իսկ չկայացած բլոգերները թող շարունակեն զբաղվել իմ սեւ PR-ով, չէ որ դա աշխարհի ամենաուժեղ գործող PR-ի տեսակն է համարվում: Անգամ շնորհակալ եմ նրանց»:
