Կարտոֆիլը ճիշտ տապակելու 6 կանոն

Կանոն 1.
Կարտոֆիլը մաքրելուց և կտրատելուց հետո պետք է անպայման լվանալ սառը ջրով՝ օսլան հեռացնելու համար: Ջուրը պետք է պարտադիր լինի սառը: Որքան երիտասարդ է կարտոֆիլը, այնքան ավելի երկար արժի թողնել սառը ջրում. մոտ 20-30 րոպե:
Կանոն 2.
Թրջելուց հետո կարտոֆիլը պետք է լավ չորացնել: Կարելի է թողնել փլավքամիչում կամ չորացնել սրբիչով:
Կանոն 3.
Թավան պետք է լավ տաք լինի, նրանում յուղն էլ՝ տաքացած: Չարժի խնայել յուղը: Կարտոֆիլը պետք է լավ թաթախված լինի յուղի մեջ:
Կանոն 4.
Համեմել աղ ու զանազան համեմունքներով պետք է միայն այն պահին, երբ կարտոֆիլն արդեն պատրաստ է:
Կանոն 5.
Երբեք մի ծածկեք տապակվող կարտոֆիլը կափարիչով: Վարդագույն ու խրթխրթան կարտոֆիլը պետք է պատրաստվի բաց թավայում:
Կանոն 6.
Խուսափեք չափից շատ կարտոֆիլ միանգամից տապակելուց: Լավագույն քանակը 2-3 շերտ կարտոֆիլն է:
