1. Տոնեք ձեր հաղթանակները:
Հիշեք այն ամենն ինչ ձեզ իրական բավականություն է պատճառել: Հիշեք ձեր բոլոր երջանիկ պահերն ու դրանք գրի առեք: Վերընթերցեք ձեր ուրախ ու պայծառ հիշողությունները: Սա ուժ կտա ձեզ և դուք ավելի ինքնավստահ կդառնաք: Հպարտացեք ձեր յուրաքանչյուր ձեռքբերմամբ:
2. Որոշումներ կայացրեք:
Շատերը վախենում են որոշում կայացնելուց: Որոշումները ձեր կյանքի անբաժան մասն են: Մի վախեցեք պատասխանատվությունից: Նույնիսկ այն դեպքում, երբ սխալվեք՝ դա լավ փորձ կլինի ձեզ համար, և ապագայում կօգնի ձեզ նույն սխալը չանելու համար:
3. Մի ձգտեք կատարելության:
Պերֆեկցիոնիզմը կործանում է մարդկանց: Այդպիսի մարդկանց միշտ թվում է, որ իրենց կյանքը կարող է ավելի լավը լինել, իսկ ներկա վիճակից մշտապես բողոքում են: Ավելի լավ է ապրեք ներկայով ու փորձեք ավելի լավ ապագա ունենալ, և սին երազանքներով մի լցրեք ձեր կյանքը:
4. Գործեք:
Ինքնավստահությունը փորձի միջոցով է գալիս, իսկ փորձը գործելու հետևանքն է: Ավելի շատ գործեք ու աստիճանաբար ավելի ինքնավստահ կդառնաք: Նոր հորիզոններ բացահայտեք ու նոր արկածներ փնտրեք:
5. Հագնվեք այնպես, ինչպես ձեզ զգում եք:
Պատկերացրեք, թե ինչ տեսք ունի այն մարդը, որը ցանկանում եք դառնալ: Ձեր արտաքին տեսքը համապատասխանեցրեք այն կերպարին, որին ձգտում եք: Փոխեք ձեր արտաքինն ու այն այնպիսին դարձրեք, որ ձեզ լիովին դուր գա:
6. Ժպտացեք:
Երբեք մի մոռացեք ժպտալ: Ժպիտն ինքնավստահության ամենակարևոր բաղադրիչն է: Մի վախեցեք ծիծաղելի թվալ կամ անհարմար իրավիճակում հայտնվել: Միշտ գլուխը բարձր պահեք ու ցանկացած իրավիճակում ժպտացեք:
