Բոլորս գիտենք, որ 8-ժամյա քունը միջին վիճակագրական մարդու համար քնի բավարար չափաբաժինն է: Սակայն միշտ չէ, որ մարդը բավարարվում է 8-ժամյա քնով: Ավելին, մարդկանց մեծամասնությունը նույնիսկ քնի նման ռեժիմի դեպքում դժվարությամբ է արթնանում առավոտյան: Իսկ ինչու՞ է այդպես լինում:
Բոլոր մարդիկ տարբեր են: Մեզանից ոմանք արտույտներ են, ովքեր կարողանում են շուտ քնել ու վաղ արթնանալ, իսկ մի մասն էլ բու են՝ քնում են ուշ և ուշ էլ արթնանում են: Մարդկանց երրոդ խումբն էլ այս երկու հասկացությունների միջինում տեղավորվողներն են: Սակայն, չնայած այս բոլոր տարբերություններին, շատ քիչ մարդիկ են իրականում սիրում արթնանալ վաղ լուսաբացին:

Եվ այսպես, վաղ սկսված աշխատանքային օրը կարող է վնասել մարդու առողջությունը: 8-10 տարեկան երեխաների դասերը պիտի մեկնարկեն ոչ շուտ, քան 8:30, իսկ 16-18 տարեկան աշակարտների դասերը պիտի մեկնարկեն առավոտյան 10-ից ոչ շուտ: Չափահաս մարդիկ ևս ավելի կշահեն, եթե ուշ արթնանան: Ըստ գիտնականների՝ 18-55 տարեկան տարիքային խմբի մեջ մտնող մարդիկ իրենց աշխատանքային օրը պետք է սկսեն առավոտյան 10-ին կամ դրանից հետո:
Հետազոտողները նշում են, որ հեռախոսների, համակարգիչների դիմաց մեր անցկացրած ժամերը կարող են բացասաբար ազդել մեր քնի որակի վրա: Այդ պատճառով քնից մեկ ժամ առաջ անջատեք ձեր բոլոր սարքավորումները, ինչը կդարձնի ձեր քունն առողջ ու հանգիստ: Եվ վերջապես, ժամանակն է փոխել աշխատանքային ժամերը, որովհետև բնությունն ամենագետ է, ու մենք չենք կարող «հակաճառել» նրա օրենքների հետ:
