Այն փաստը, թե ինչպես է մարդը պատասխանում ամենաուղղակի հարցերին, կարող է շատ բան բացահայտել նրա մասին: Այս հարցերն օգտագործում են աշխարհի շատ հոգեբաններ, որպեսզի պարզեն, թե արդյոք անձը իսկապես հանճա՞ր է, թե՞ մասնագետի կարիք ունի: Իսկ միգուցե երկու՞սը:

Ահա այս երեք գլխավոր հարցերը, որոնք կարող են որոշել ձեր անհատականությունը և այն ամենն, ինչ կատարվում է ձեր գլխում:

  1. Ի՞նչ ընդհանուր բան կա թեյնիկի և շոգենավի միջև:

Պատասխան – գոշորշին

  1. Ի՞նչ ընդհանուր բան ունեն մրցարշավային մեքենան և տորնադոն:

Պատասխան – Նրանք շրջանաձև են շարժվում

  1. Ի՞նչ ընդհանուր բան ունեն կոշիկը և մատիտը:


Պատասխան – Երկուսն էլ իրենց հետևից հետք են թողնում:

Եվ հիմա ամենահետաքրքիր մասը. Ո՞վ եք դուք:

Եթե չկարողացաք այս հարցերին պատասխանել, մի՛ անհանգստացեք. ձեզ հետ ամեն ինչ կարգին է, և դուք ամբողջովին առողջ եք: Սակայն եթե ձեզ համար այս հարցերը չափազանց հեշտ էին, ուրեմն հնարավոր է, որ դուք հակված եք որոշ հոգեբանական խնդիրներ ունենալուն, և խորհուրդ է տրվում դիմել մասնագետի խորհրդատվության: Նման թեստը «հակադրության մեթոդի» օրինակ է, որն օգտագործվում է՝ մարդու իրազեկվածությունն ու զգոնությունը պարզելու համար: Եթե ստանդարտ մտքով մարդուն հասցնում են. «Ի՞նչ ընդհանուր բան կա ագռավի ու գրասեղանի միջև», նա հավանաբար պատասխանում է. «Ոչինչ»: Որոշ առումով նա ճիշտ է: Ընդհանրապես այս երկու բաները չեն կարող համեմատվել: Իսկ երբ շիզոֆրենիայով տառապող մարդուն հարցնում են նման հարց, նա փորձում է գտնել ավելի ոչ հայտնի և խորը կապ այդ երկու երևույթների միջև: Առանց երկար մտածելու շիզոֆրենիայով մարդը կարող է ասել, որ մարդիկ գրասեղանի վրա գրում են, իսկ ագռավն ունի փետուրներ, որոնցով կարելի է գրել:

Սակայն ինչպե՞ս կարող են տարբերել շիզոֆրենիայով տառապող մարդուն հանճարից: Տարբերությունն այն է, որ շիզոֆրենիայով մարդը նման հարցերին շատ արագ է պատասխանում, մինչ հանճարներին կենտրոնանալու համար որոշակի ժամանակ պետք կգա՝ շատ բացահայտ և անհետաքրքիր տարբերակները բացառելու, և հետո միայն մի նոր և հետաքրքիր պատասխան գտնելու համար:
