ՄԱԿ-ը հաշվետվություն է ներկայացրել «Վնուկովոյում» տեղի ունեցած ավիաաղետի վերաբերյալ

Միջպետական ավիացիոն կոմիտեն հաշվետվություն է ներկայացրել «Վնուկովո» օդանավակայանում տեղի ունեցած ավիաաղետի հետաքննության տվյալների հիման վրա, որի հետեւանքով զոհվել է Ֆրանսիայի նավթագազային Total ընկերության ղեկավար Քրիսթոֆ դե Մարժերին: Այս մասին հայտնում է BBC-ին:

Աղետը տեղի է ունեցել 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 21-ին ֆրանսիական Unijet ընկերության  Falcon պդանավի թռիչքի ժամանակ:

ՄԱԿ-ի փորձագետների կարծիքով՝  առավել հավանական է, որ աղետը մի շարք գործոնների համադրության հետեւանք է. հաշվետվությունում ընդամենը 16 գործոն է նշված: Դրանց թվում է «թռիչքուղու ենթահամակարգային տեսական աշխատանքի եւ վերահսկողության անարդյունավետ կազմակերպումը», «հատուկ մեքենաների աշխատանքի կարգի խախտումը օդանավակայանի ծառայության հերթափոխի ղեկավարի կողմից», «վարորդի կողմից ձյունամաքրիչը կորցնելը, որի օրգանիզմում ալկոհոլ է հայտնաբերվել, թռիչքուղու վրա աշխատելիս կողմոնորշվելու համար, որը հանգեցրել է ապօրինի ելքի եւ թռիչքավայրէջքային ուղու աշխատանքի կանգի», ռադիոփոխանակումն անընդհատ լսելու հնարավորության բացակայությունը ձյուն մաքրող վարորդների մոտ:

Այլ գործոնների թվում, որոնք կարող էին ողբերգության հանգեցնել, նշված են «անձնակազմի կողմից թռիչքը դադարեցնելու ուղղությամբ միջոցներ չձեռնարկելը, երբ տեղեկություն են ստացել «ճանապարհը հատող մեքենայի մասին» եւ «Falcon 50EX օդանավի կառուցվածքային առանձնահատկությունը քթփամասի անիվի կառավարման հատվածում»:

ՄԱԿ-ի հաշվետվության մեջ նշված է, որ Falcon օդանավը աղետի է ենթարկվել մառախուղի պատճառով ձյունամաքրիչ մեքենայի հետ բախվելու հետեւանքով, որն ապօրինի մտել է թռիչքավայրէջքային ուղի»:

Աղետի հետեւանքով զոհվել են Total ընկերության ղեկավար Քրիսթոֆ դե Մարժերին եւ անձնակազմի երեք անդամները, որոնք Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացիներ էին:
