ՄԽ համանախագահները տարածաշրջանային այցի արդյունքներով հայտարարություն են տարածել

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Պիեր Անդրիոն (Ֆրանսիա) և Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ), ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը հայտարարություն են տարածել հոկտեմբերի 23-25-ը տարածաշրջան կատարած այցի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ-ի գրասենյակից, համանախագահները հանդիպել են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի նախագահների և արտգործնախարարների, ՀՀ նորանշանակ պաշտպանության նախարարի, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դե ֆակտո իշխանությունների հետ: Այցի նպատակն ապրիլյան աննախադեպ բռնություններից հետո ստեղծված իրադրության քննարկումն էր և բանակցային գործընթացում դիրքերի հստակեցումը:
Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է. «Հանդիպումների ժամանակ կողմերը հաստատել են, որ իրադրությունը շարունակում է հարաբերականորեն հանգիստ մնալ: Համանախագահներն ընդգծել են, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանումը ապահովում է ընթացող բանակցությունների անհրաժեշտ հիմքը և նշել Վիեննայում ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ընդունած որոշումների լիակատար իրականացման կարևորությունը:
Համանախագահները նաև քննարկել են ներկայիս աշխատանքային առաջարկները` հասնելու առարկայական բանակցությունների հանուն տևական խաղաղության: Նախագահներից յուրաքանչյուրն արտահայտել է իր տեսակետները, թե ինչպես առաջ տանել կարգավորման գործընթացը: Նախագահները նաև վերահաստատել են համաձայնությունը ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ, և օպերատիվ մանրամասները դեռ շարունակում են քննարկվել:
Համանախագահները ծրագրում են հանդիպել արտաքին գործերի նախարարներին 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Համբուրգում ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական խորհրդի հանդիպման ժամանակ` քննարկելու հնարավոր ամենավաղ ժամկետներում նախագահների հնարավոր հանդիպումը: Ամենաբարձր մակարդակով նման երկխոսությունն անհրաժեշտ է կարգավորման հարցում առաջընթաց գրանցելու նպատակով:
Տարածաշրջանային այցի ժամանակ համանախագահները նաև հանդիպել են «Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտե»-ի հետ` քննարկելու այն աշխատանքը, որը կազմակերպությունն իրականացնում է կորած անձանց մասին տեղեկատվության փոխանակման ուղղությամբ` հումանիտար քայլ, որին համանախագահները բոլոր մակարդակի հանդիպումների ժամանակ հայտնել են իրենց լիակատար աջակցությունը»:
